What We Do
Select
Our association selects expert technical workers with a minimum of 3 years experience and skilled workers with a minimum of eight years of experience (STM/SMU/polytechnic graduates). They are engaged in construction services in various sectors of the building, oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing and fabrication industries.
Collect
Since we began in 1994, We have collected 3300 Curiculum Vitae of engineers, experts and tech community. Through this database we are able to help building this community to reach their potential.
Connect
Exchanging information on challenges, experiences and goals is a key benefit of networking because it allows us to gain new insights. Thus, We have organized international conferences to expand our contacts. We open the doors for our members to new opportunities for business, career advancement, personal growth, and new knowledge.
Educate
Training presents a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base. The training we provide give a greater understanding of responsibilities. Engineers who receives the necessary training is more able to perform in their job. Engineers who are competent and on top of changing industry standards holds the key for the industry's growth.

Our goals are to promote the co-operation between the professionals in various fields of the engineering and to cultivate an environment for the advance and development of the technology. We introduce by sharing updates of Indonesian engineering industry towards national and international audience.

Our Chairman, Ir. Raswari, was one of the first few associations initiated the engineer certifications in 1997. Certification demonstrates the commitment to superior professionalism, upholding industry standards, and continued learning. These merits can help boost professional credibility and prestige within networks, and when pursuing new business opportunities or bidding on projects.

Why Qatar?
The Qatar construction market covers the growing construction projects in different sectors, like commercial construction, residential construction, industrial construction, infrastructure (transportation construction), and energy and utility construction. Along with the scope of the report, also segmented by type of construction like fencing, additions, new building and power generation and transmission related infrastructure.
Our journey has led us towards gradual step of growth by expanding into the middle east. With our consistency, the PIPI Association finally made a representative in Doha – Qatar (2019) in order to build bilateral relations and seek to increase cooperation with the middle east, especially in the fields of construction and engineering.
